What is important to us as a community?

The notion that how we work together is just as essential as why we’re working and what we’re working on - perhaps even more so.  This means that we strive to model our values in all that we do, for ourselves and for others; to embody them in heart & hands, as well as our heads.

We gravitate towards a way of moving with and through the world which gracefully holds the creative and vital tensions that exist between dreaming and doing; between light and dark; between work and play; between success and failure - seeing each as necessary and integral to the others.

This permeates how we gather and organise, so we can be:

• an active network and community in concert with the more-than-human world;
• builders of webs of inspiration, care and reciprocity around the world;
• response-able to the challenges of our time, in a manner that is grounded and gracious; and
• embracing of the sacred and profane in equal measures.
